Ba-Ye Combo (Ba-Ye Đặc Biệt): Four types of pork cold cut slices: Pork Meat Loaf (similar to bologna), Xá Xíu (caramelized chopped bacon char siu), cured pork meat, and cured pork with crunchy cartilage. These sliced meats and ham are mixed with mayo and pâté for an authentic Vietnamese Bánh Mì.
